The Scientifically-Proven #1 BEST exercise for low back pain

Low back pain can be absolutely brutal.

A nasty flare-up can knock you off your feet and keep you sidelined for weeks.

Which makes the hunt for the #1 most effective exercise kind of a desperate one.

Unfortunately though, the title is a bit of a red-herring.

Because the truth is, the best exercise is whichever one YOU find tolerable. Which is good news because that gives you something powerful: options.

What research consistently finds is that the SOONER you get back on the move again after a low back injury, the BETTER the prognosis. I’m talking days, not weeks.

That means if you’ve had a low back injury, we NEED to get you on the move again in order to avoid deconditioning, reduce pain sensitivity, and rebuild movement confidence.

So instead of hunting for that one exercise that’s going to get you out of pain, just start with something.

Try it, and assess.

If you felt fine, keep doing it. If it sucked, that’s okay. Move on to the next.

And if you’re stuck and not sure where to start, shoot me a message using the contact form on my website, or as a DM on Instagram. I’d be happy to help!
